CampPulse is operated by Whitecloud Digital LLC. By using CampPulse you agree to these terms.

What CampPulse does

CampPulse monitors campsite availability on ReserveCalifornia and notifies you when a site you are watching becomes free.

What CampPulse does not do

We do not book anything. When we notify you, you go to ReserveCalifornia and book it yourself. We never hold, reserve or transfer a reservation on your behalf.

We do not guarantee you will get a site. Cancellations are unpredictable and often taken within minutes of appearing. A subscription buys a monitoring service that checks more often — it does not buy a campsite, and it does not make one more likely to exist. If nothing becomes available at the place and dates you chose, the service worked as described and nothing is owed.

We are not affiliated with ReserveCalifornia, California State Parks, or any park operator. We read publicly available availability information. We do not control it, and we cannot fix their site, their prices or their rules.

The service may be interrupted. We depend on a third party's system that we do not control and that may change or become unavailable without notice. We aim to run continuously and to be honest with you when we cannot, but we do not promise uninterrupted service.

Your account

You need an account to use CampPulse. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use the service to interfere with ReserveCalifornia or with other people's ability to use it, and do not attempt to resell or automate access to CampPulse itself.

We may suspend an account that is being used to damage the service or other users.

Subscriptions

CampPulse Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple.

The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.
It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the period you already paid for ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. We cannot issue them. Apple's terms apply.

The free tier remains available. What Pro changes is how often we check — the app tells you the current frequencies on the subscription screen, and we will notify you in advance if they change.

The gear section links to products on Amazon. We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, and as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Following a link takes you to Amazon, where Amazon's own terms and prices apply. We do not sell those products, do not handle those transactions, and cannot help with an Amazon order.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may change the service or these terms. For a change that materially reduces what you get while you are paying, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Liability

CampPulse is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including a campsite you did not get, a trip you could not take, or costs you incurred in reliance on a notification. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
